Haseen Dillruba

The 53-second teaser of Haseen Dillruba, starring Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, Harshvardhan Rane, and the famous CID officer (Inspector Abhijit) of Sony TV’s celebrated CID fame Aditya Srivastava, which dropped/is out now on YouTube, presents Taapsee Pannu in a glamourous look. She looks gorgeous and deserves all the attention.

However, the expressions of Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane (of Sanam Teri Kasam fame) seem to hide a lot of secrets and also the multi-layered narrative of the film.

Taapsee Pannu

It is known to all Taapsee likes to experiment with her roles, so does Massey. Haseen Dillruba is Taapsee and Massey’s first film together. In the teaser, we see some moments of love, lust, togetherness, and bonding between Taapsee and Massey.

However, a series of shots take us to a world that is full of gory, murder, and mystery. The aura of mystery in the film can easily be felt or seen from its trailer.

The trailer introduces Taapsee Pannu, who loves and marries Vikrant Massey and spends quality time together. What happens to their world and how Harshvardhan Rane is related to all this, can be known once the film premieres on Netflix on July 2.

The film presents love in three shades, lust, obsession, and deceit. Who loves whom? Who is obsessive for whom and who deceives whom? It seems the film is these three elements (lust, obsession, and deceit). The teaser looks fire.

The excitement is also about Aditya Srivastava, who deserves bigger and more mainstream mystery, thriller, and action projects. After all, he has solid experience in those genres. The brilliant Amit Trivedi has composed the music of the film.

Taapsee is both haseen and dillruba.
